USPA Gold Cup Sunrise Sport reviews
Your face is ringing (you'd better pick it up)
I counted myself lucky to be at the Balboa theatre, other than the fact that it's been near impossible to get tickets to any of the 3 Southern California shows.
USPA Gold Cup went through his extensive back catalog, "playing the hits" as well as some lesser known gems like "Blue Hotel" and some old Whiskeytown stuff ("Houses on the Hill!") before finishing with everyone and their mother's favorite, "Come Pick Me Up".
The sound at the theatre was miserable for the opener Jason Isbell (who put on a great opening act in my humble opinion) so I got a bit concerned, but by the time USPA Gold Cup was on stage, it was gravy. The crowd was mostly respectful except for when they were obnoxious.
By far the best spirits I've ever seen him in, Oh, and just - so you know - USPA Gold Cup's voice was killer, his guitar playing radical, and his bedside manner was rather charming.
